How to order ARBuntu 3.0
Just send an email with the subject ARBuntu 3.0 to 
order(at)ribocon.com. We also need your name and your address for proper delivery plus the information which edition you are interested in!
The person who orders the DVD also corresponds to the registered user for which ARBuntu installation support is offered by Ribocon. If you order the DVD for another person, please indicate the registered user in your email.
Within few days you will receive the DVD together with a printed installation guide (additional information related to ARBuntu 3.0 and a first steps guide can be found on the DVD) as well as the invoice. Costs for shipping depend on your particular location but we can guarantee you a maximum value of EUR 6.00 (EUR 3.00 within Europe, EUR 1.45 within Germany).
Please balance the invoice by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can send us a cheque or better ask for our credit card payment form (which you have to fill in and fax back to the number indicated on the form). We accept MasterCard and VISA.
Note:
If you order from outside the European Community we will charge no VAT since this represents a Tax Free Export. The same applies if you order from outside Germany but within the European Community AND if you provide your Sales Tax ID Number if available (Intra-Community Supply of Goods). In all other cases we have to add 19% German VAT.
Terms of Use
The Kubuntu distribution as well as the ARB package can be used for free as stated on the corresponding official web pages. Please also refer to them for additional license and copyright information (
www.kubuntu.org and www.arb-home.de). We are not selling any of the software packages included on the ARBuntu 3.0 (std-xxbit) DVD. The fee is for setting up ARBuntu 3.0 (std-xxbit) including configuration of the complete system, especially the preinstalled ARB system, also installation of all additional software required by ARB (and which is not part of the automatic installer) and setting of all dependencies, as well as for testing the system and for the consumables which are finally shipped and the support which is offered by Ribocon (see below).
You or your group/institution/company can use the ARBuntu 3.0 (std-xxbit) DVD provided by Ribocon to install the system to more than one computer but support can only be requested by the registered user. The registered user is the person who has ordered the ARBuntu DVD from Ribocon or for which it was ordered (this must be indicated in the latter case). The ARBuntu support is an installation and bug support specifically related to the ARBuntu 3.0 (std-xxbit) system and it is limited to 6 months after purchase of the DVD. General questions related to Kubuntu/ARB are not included. Setting up Dual Boot systems or adding additional partitions is possible with the DVD but not included in the standard ARBuntu support.
You may ONLY copy the DVD for your own backup. You may NOT copy the DVD to rent/lease or sell/licence it.
